How to add a place?

Click on the "+" icon at the top left of your screen. A link outside the app will open. You can then complete the questionnaire. We’ll consider your addition as soon as possible.

How to put a park in favorites?

Click on the icon of the place that interests you. To put it as a favorite, just click on the heart. As a favorite, the heart will be blue.

How do I find my favorites parks ?

Click on the heart icon in the menu at the top of your screen. Only your favorite places will appear on the map.

Why are some areas not referenced yet ?

The Woufers team does its utmost to reference as many parks as possible. Your help is very valuable to complete the map as much as possible.

How can I see the park information ?

Click on the icon of the place that interests you. You will then access the details of the park (hours, equipment, address, website...)

How do I plan my outings ?

In the details of a park, you can, thanks to the agenda in the menu bar at the top right, add a park.

How do I get out of a park on the app ?

You just have to reclic on "I’m there". The button is orange when you are present in the park, and blue when you are not there).

How do I find others Woufers ?

By clicking in the search bar on the right bottom in the menu, you can find dog or human subscribed on Woufers.

How can I know if the leach is obligatory or not?

Thanks to the icone filter on the top right of the menu, you can select "with leach" and "without leash". Only the corrspondent parks will be showed on the map.

How can Iknow people present in my favourites parks?

Thanks to the live walks, dog's paw on the bottom, you can see in "my parks" the people present.

Can I see where my friends walk?

Thanks to the live walks, dog's paw on the bottom, you can see your friends outings in real time.

How can I discuss with a Woufers?

Thanks to the messaging, on the bottom of the menu, you can search a human or dog name and discuss with them. You can also discuss thanks to the message icone in a Woufers profile.

Can I add many dogs in my profile?

Yes you can! During your subscription, you can add many dogs. You can also, in your profil, click on " + Add a dog", under your first dog informations.

How do I create my profile ?

Create your account by clicking on the small paw at the top right of your screen.

How do I subscribe to others users ?

Click on the photo of the user. To put it as a favorite, you just have to click on the heart. Once in favorite, the heart will appear in white.

Do I have to complete my profile info (gender, city ...)?

No, you d'ont have to put every information. You jus have to write your name and your dog's name.
